Michelle Goyhman is the Data Analytics and Impact Specialist and Community Manager for North America and the Caribbean at the Global Shapers Community, World Economic Forum. Working at the intersection of data, strategy and social innovation, she supports over 450 Hubs worldwide strengthen their monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) practices, use evidence to scale youth-led social impact initiatives, and transform complex information into actionable insights that inform decision-making. This work is reflected in initiatives such as Youth Pulse, the Forum’s flagship report on the perspectives and priorities of young people around the world.
Before this, Michelle worked at J.P. Morgan Chase and Co. and Mercado Libre. She holds a MSc in Management, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and completed her Bachelor in Political Science at Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Passionate about social innovation, youth empowerment and inclusive development, she combines analytical expertise with a strong belief in the power of community leadership to drive meaningful and lasting change.
