She works at the intersection of behavioral insight, foresight, and human-centered innovation, translating cultural, technological, and generational shifts into strategic implications for growth. Her experience spans evolving digital habits, changing expectations of trust and value, drivers of technology and service adoption, and emerging consumption patterns across generations.
Before Bain, Valentina worked in Market and Customer Intelligence across the telecommunications and technology sectors, leading mixed-method research and service design initiatives.
Alongside her professional work, Valentina is a member of the Porto Hub within the Global Shapers Community. She has been involved in the Future Initiatives - a joint initiative between the Global Foresight Network and the Global Shapers Community - since 2025, when she was part of the core team of Future50, serving as Regional Coordinator for Europe & Eurasia and the Latin America teams. In 2026, she continues her involvement through the Future26, where she is the core collaborator of Technology Industry Group, exploring and reimagining possible futures of AI and emerging technologies while advancing foresight literacy and intergenerational thinking. She was also part of the Global Shapers delegation to the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2025, contributing to discussions on the future of consumption, technology, and work.
Her interests focus on consumer foresight and the behavioral shifts that will shape future economies and societies. She is particularly interested in how technology transforms consumer behavior, expectations, and ways of living, and in how emerging generations and intergenerational dynamics can offer new perspectives on the futures we are building.
