Teniola Tayo is an international business strategist specializing in trade, investment, and global geopolitics. She has advised and conducted policy research for institutions across Africa, Europe, and the US, including Nigeria’s Office for Strategic Preparedness and Resilience, the United Nations Development Programme, the World Bank, the Institute for Security Studies, and the Africa Policy Research Institute. She previously served as Senior Legislative Aide to the President of the Nigerian Senate and as a Policy Consultant in the Office of the Nigerian Vice President. She is also developing Jogun, an initiative focused on Africa’s small-business transfer ecosystem. Teniola holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, an MSc from the London School of Economics as a Chevening Scholar, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana. She was also a Policy Fellow at the European University Institute’s School of Transnational Governance.
