Adriana is a global health leader advancing community health systems through implementation research, strategic foresight, and systems change.
As Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning at 1000 Days Fund, Adriana leads research, adaptive learning, and strategy for community health initiatives across Indonesia while collaborating with global researchers and partners to translate evidence into systems change. Trained as a medical doctor, Adriana works across research, implementation, and policy.
Adriana has contributed to 50+ peer-reviewed publications, including in The Lancet Group, BMJ Global Health, and PLOS ONE. Having lived in Indonesia and the Netherlands through global health training and practice, Adriana brings a cross-cultural perspective to advancing equitable health systems.
Adriana serves as a Core Collaborator for Health at the World Economic Forum's Intergenerational Foresight Initiative (Global Foresight Network & Global Shapers Community) and is a recipient of the Diana Award for contributions to global health and social impact.
